All’interno della Direzione ISP (Industrial Policy, Global Supply Chain & Procurement), MBDA Italia SpA è alla ricerca di un “Sector lead procurement & Supply chain manager” che rappresenta l'interfaccia del Procurement con gli stakeholder interni per la redazione e gestione del piano di procurement e delivery.

Titolo di studio richiesto:

- Laurea in ingegneria
- Votazione mínima: 105/110

Esperienza professionale

Minimo 5 anni di esperienza in
- Procurement & Supply chain management
- Gestione di progetti

ATTIVITA' PREVISTE PER IL RUOLO:
La Risorsa prescelta si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

- Rappresenta l’interfaccia con gli stakeholder interni di MBDA It (Programmi, manufacturing, Engineering) per la redazione e gestione del piano di procurement, che raccoglie i fabbisogni della produzione all’interno del progetto.
- Promuove l’efficacia del processo di procurement monitorando che siano svolte tutte le fasi, dall’analisi dalla richiesta iniziale fino all’emissione ordine, in modo conforme ai processi interni e nei tempi richiesti.
- Monitora lo stato di avanzamento delle forniture esterne dando evidenza all’interno di MBDA It dei cammini critici e relativi piani d'azione, delle performance supply chain, dei rischi industriali e piani di miglioramento associati
- Si interfaccia con le risorse interne alla funzione ISP (buyer, SCM, Category, responsabili funzione) al fine di raccogliere gli elementi necessari alla definizione del piano di lavoro da condividere con gli stakeholder interni
- Pianifica e conduce progress meeting con le interfacce di progetto per condividere lo stato di avanzamento dei procurement e delivery plan
- Fornisce all’interno della funzione acquisti tutte le informazioni necessarie per le attività di e reporting: KPI, analisi dati, analisi rischi.

Competenze Professionali:

- Conoscenza approfondita dei processi di Project Management / Risk management
- Esperienza in ambito gestione Supply Chain
- Conoscenza del ciclo di acquisiti in una società internazionale
- Esperienza nella gestione dei piani di acquisto e nel monitoraggio delle performance dei fornitori.
- Competenze avanzate pacchetto office (Excel/ word / Power point) e tool SAP
- Ottima comunicazione verbale e scritta

Costituisce titolo preferenziale:

- Esperienza di coordinamento progetti
- Conoscenza di metodologie e tecniche qualità (esempio 8D, Ishigawa) e lean manufacturing
- Esperienza in ambito aerospazio e/o difesa

Conoscenze linguistiche:

- Lingua inglese (fluente)
- Lingua francese (preferenziale)
