**E-Mobility Product Marketing Manager**:

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager for e-Mobility business in Italy, which is under Electrification's frame and responsibility. He/She is passionate for Electrification Marketing & Sales Team, ready to take part in ABB’s big challenge and actively contribute to ABB’s Digital Transformation both in terms of digital culture and by supporting the shift from product-only oriented approach to value-and-solution proposition.

EL Product Marketing Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Coordinate main initiatives and key projects within the eMobility business in Italy, in collaboration with local Sales and Marketing teams, and together with Global and Factory’s teams.
- Actively participate to eMobility local and global business review and strategy definition, together with relevant stakeholders.
- Design the Italian go-to-market strategy and manage the full of AC and DC charging product Life Cycle along with stakeholders’ Customer Journey.
- Activities in support of the sales network for the promotion of AC and DC charging products / solutions and the development of technical offers in collaboration with the Application Engineer.
- Be accountable for ABB Emobility key business metrics for the Italian market, prioritize customer satisfaction and contribute to increase market share.
- Own, monitor and leverage business data trough power BI dashboard to support sales target.
- Be aware and co-responsible with sales team of gross and net demand order, volume mix for and NPV.
- Analyze and leverage emobility market trends, competitive scenario and business data to design the best product positioning, pricing list, segment and channel approach, LT and stock policy.
- Ensure the OTD for key eMobility products and solutions assets, such as documentation, sales kits and marketing tools.
- Implement local product strategies in line with global one.
- Listen / understand market needs by visiting customers.

**Your background**:

- 5+ years of experience as Product Marketing specialist, Project Manager or similar as preferred with a master's degree in business engineering.
- Technical background (a master's degree in electronic or electrical engineering) is preferred.
- Have an operative knowledge of Web Analytics instruments.
- Fluent English and Italian. Be able to deliver perfect pitches and to make efficient keynotes both in Italian and English.
- Ability to understand customer needs. Be able to reason with a user-centered approach: you will be asked to detect the target’s need and translate it into a strategy.
- Be capable to prioritize activities, focus on results and excellent at collaboration.
- Personal leadership and are an excellent team player, with good analytical and data management skills.
