**The Role**
Our National Account Management Team owns and manages relationships with National Grocery Retailers. As Deliveroo continues to scale, we become a major revenue channel for Grocery Partners - aside from providing best-in-class support, we are partner consultants that use data-driven insight and industry knowledge to drive our partner's growth. The National Account Management team is a passionate and dynamic group of team players that work well together and cross functionally with other departments...and of course, they're fun, personable, and great at building relationships
As a National Key Account Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Manage a team of +2 Account Managers
- Manage the relationship with a portfolio of key partners with a focus on building lasting relationships and increasing profitability / revenue
- Monitor and analyze the performance, preparing and presenting partner performance review meetings with key stakeholders
- Own and manage operational meetings and reviews, build and deliver insight during monthly and quarterly reviews
- Increase revenue and health metrics by consulting grocery partners on best practice
- Identify opportunities to deepen and grow the relationship with key grocery partners by involving and working cross functionally with other parts of the Deliveroo business
- Work with cross functional departments to drive business growth (Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, Corporate)
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years experience in commercial roles, preferably experience in FMCG, consultancy or other fast-paced/high growth companies.
- Strong commercial acumen
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Top notch people skills - you have bags of emotional intelligence and can persuade even the toughest of partners
- Excellent attention to detail, people skills and organization skills
- Ability to create and maintain long term relationships
- A self-starter as we'll look for you to manage your own time and priorities
- Must be fluent in English
