Join us._ **Posizione**: **RE:LAB** is looking for a professional with strong expertise in ergonomics and human factors to lead complex research and development projects in industrial and technological domains. **Main Responsibilities**: - Manage projects focused on ergonomics, user experience, and human-technology interaction, ensuring quality, timelines, and results; - Coordinate interdisciplinary teams and liaise with industrial and research partners; - Define and monitor objectives, resources, and project deliverables; - Contribute to the methodological and strategic development of applied research in human factors. **Requisiti**: - Master’s degree or PhD in Ergonomics, Cognitive Psychology, Design, Biomedical Engineering, Cognitive Science, or related disciplines; - Advanced expertise in ergonomics and human factors, with experience in the design and evaluation of interactive systems; - Strong project management skills, preferably with experience in managing complex or multidisciplinary projects; - Knowledge of the automotive market (preferred) or experience in the medical field; - Excellent command of written and spoken English; - Team-oriented mindset, initiative, and strong communication skills with technical and research stakeholders. **Altre informazioni**: - Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week - Location: On-site work in Reggio Emilia **Our Promise**: We build technology for people—and that philosophy defines how we treat our team.
