**Posizione**:
Per importante solido Gruppo Concessionario Automobilistico di Lodi, Methodos ricerca:

- Service Manager (Automotive) che, inserendosi in un momento sfidante di riorganizzazione del reparto OFFICINA e ACCETTAZIONE, coordinerà sia l’operatività sia il budget del reparto Service generalista, colloquiando strettamente con la parte Premium in base alle priorità, esigenze organizzative e attitudini.

La risorsa si occuperà di:

- Organizzazione e gestione dell'Officina in ottica di risoluzione più veloce ed efficiente dei problemi tecnici
- Organizzazione e supporto dell’Accettazione, svolgendo in prima persona attività di accoglienza e gestione dei clienti
- Ottimizzazione dei risultati economico-finanziari del reparto e monitoraggio delle attività amministrative e di back office collegate
- Supervisione accurata e proattiva del Cliente, del personale del reparto e dei flussi di lavoro in ottica di redditività

**Requisiti**:

- Esperienza di almeno 3 anni nel Post Vendita di officina Auto, con conoscenza dei processi di assistenza secondo logiche di efficienza e redditività (e calcolo dei KPI's di riferimento)
- Attitudine all’operatività e senso pratico nella risoluzione veloce di problemi, sapendosi relazionare col Cliente “difficile”; capacità svolgimento delle attività di accettazione
- Competenze gestionali, economiche (con nozioni sui principali KPI's dell’assistenza), di marketing e di sviluppo del business
- Spiccate capacità metodologiche e digitali
