Our Industrial and Energy Technology (IET) operates across 120 countries and serves the entire energy value-chain and industrial sector. We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology and lifecycle services. Our Engineering Transformation team work to improve the quality of our Engineering processes.

Working closely with the Gas Technology Equipment Engineering Digital Transformation Director to deliver tools and an environment for Systems Engineering and Cost Engineering

As a Systems Director, you will be responsible for:

- Identifying Systems Engineering Office (SEO) digital needs, use cases, and building an implementation roadmap with IET Engineering Transformation for the overall IET digital roadmap.
- Leading SEO's digital roadmap implementation, prioritizing and adopting digital tools for Requirements Management, MBSE, and Cost Engineering integrated into company processes
- Ensuring sustainability of solutions through adoption monitoring and continuous improvement
- Partnering with external associations such as INCOSE and IOGP to establish benchmark and contribute to development of industry standards

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Master’s degree from an accredited university or college
- Have proven capability to execute trans-disciplinary Projects or Programs leading virtual teams
- Have exceptional analytical and continuous improvement skills
- Have Executive level presentation skills, influential oral and written communication skills
- Have the ability to work in an ever-changing environment with shifting priorities
- Be proactive with a resilient mindset
- Have demonstrated competencies in systems engineering and digital technology
