**Your New Team**

You will be a part of European Energy EPC, consisting of 120 colleagues working from our office in Søborg, Denmark, and across our countries in Europe, Brazil, and Australia where we have development and Construction activities.

More specifically, you will be part of our Italian EPC Project Management and Execution team, a close-knit group of four dedicated professionals. We are a committed and motivated team where knowledge sharing, trust, and open dialogues describe the very core of our collaboration.

**Your New Role**

We are about to begin construction on Italy's largest AgriPV plant, located in Vizzini (Catania, Sicily). We are seeking an EPC Electrical Site Superintendent to oversee site activities, focusing on electrical scopes. You will be part of a local EPC Team based in Vizzini municipality supporting the Site Manager for the construction of Vizzini project.

Working within the structure of the European Energy Project Management Model (PMM) you will be responsible and accountable for the alignment of the EPC civil and mechanical disciplines during the execution phase of our projects, starting from preparing projects for construction, mobilization of site, construction & installation, and commissioning. This will include working with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate and manage various technical, accounting and commercial activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Represent together with the Site Manager the EE EPC Construction Team to ensure HSE, time, cost, and quality standards are met at construction sites.
- Support the Site Manager and the PM in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction site activities reporting issues and proposing feasible solutions.
- Perform quality checks on supplies from both EE and third parties, starting from delivery to installation and commissioning,
- Ensure adherence to Italian technical standards and to the Good and Prudent Practice in electrical disciplines, including PV parks, MV cable routes, and HV substations.
- Knowledge of SCADA systems for PV parks and HV substations is a plus.
- Hold an HSE Certificate (Dlg.81/08) as PES and/or PEI, with the ability to handle LV and MV devices (preferred).
- Ensure compliance with legal HSE requirements (Dlg. 81/08) and safe execution of work, including safety coordination of contractors.

**Your Profile**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering disciplines (Electrical preferred). Relevant experience can complement or substitute formal education.
- Proven experience in construction management, preferably within the energy sector
- Fluent in Italian and good in English (both spoken and written)
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Italy, with extended on-site stays or proximity to the site
- Self-motivated, able to work remotely and independently within a collaborative environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and diligent approach
- Ability to balance quality, time, and cost pressures effectively
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Office 365 suite and good knowledge of the IEC, CEI, UNI standards applicable to the project scopes.
