La società opera a livello internazionale con 3.500 dipendenti nel mondo. L’headquarter italiano è situato a Segrate - Provincia di Milano.

In ottica di potenziamento dell’organico di Customer service, siamo stati incaricati di ricercare una figura di Customer Support Specialist/Inside Sales.
La persona, a riporto diretto del Responsabile commerciale, verrà coinvolta in attività trasversali e dinamiche, dal supporto al cliente tramite i follow up al contatto costante con la rete commerciale interna ed esterna per le quotazioni/pricing.
Supporterà le attività di contabilità e gestione delle pratiche amministrative monitorando il processo di spedizioni in merito a tempistiche - time management e contestazioni.
Avrà la possibilità di partecipare ad attività di inside sales e di relazionarsi direttamente con il cliente.
Per il ruolo è richiesta la conoscenza del pacchetto office e la buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, oltre che la propensione alla attività commerciale.
