Westhouse is a leading company operating globally in the field of research, selection,

recruitment, and project management, and it is authorized on a permanent basis for the

administration of labor with Ministerial Authorization Prot. n. 0000095 of 03/08/2018.

For our important client that operates in an industrial field, we are currently searching for a:
QUALITY MANAGER

The QUALITY MANAGER is responsible of the Quality Department, manages 3-4 resources, supervises, develops and maintains the Company Quality System.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:
(List the main areas of responsibility and major activities only)
- To Manage (monitor, control and improve) departmental Quality resources, and liaise with

the operations team to provide an environment of continuous improvement.
- To liaise with Customers, reference to Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety systems,

practices, procedures and complaints.
- To support a competence-based training and qualification process and assist in developing

and maintaining training programs for technical and operative staff.
- Compilation and reporting of Quality Measurement Indices and implementing necessary

action plans to correct or improve quality deficiencies.
- Lead customer and certification body audits
- Support creation of FMEA's, Control Plans, Flow Diagrams. Responsible for templates and

processes.
- Maintain EN ISO 9001/AS9100/IATF Certification. Implement additional standards as

required.
- Creating standards of performance and inspection systems.
- Conduct Root cause analysis, statistical analysis and the implementation of effective

continuous process improvements.
- Drive and maintain a proper system for internal 8D analysis.
- Quality system performance auditing.
- Support Operations in the areas of problem analysis, process analysis and process

improvements.
- Preparation of Quality plans for new product launches.
- Establishing quality requirements for external suppliers assessing both suppliers and own

company's product specifications and customer requirements.
- Ensuring compliance with national and international standards.

**Requirements**:TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION

(Detail essential minimum qualifications necessary for the job)
- Mechanical Engineering graduate
- **ISO9001/IATF certified training knowledge**:

- Good Knowledge of English

EXPERIENCE

1) Recognised experience in a manufacturing and mechanical engineering discipline and/or

Quality education with a few years of experience in the area,

2) Minimum 3 years of experience with Quality systems development, implementation, and

maintenance.

**3) Experience in automotive business IATF certification and other certifications such as AS9100, ISO14001**
