**We are looking for**
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic** Customer Success Team Lead for the Italian market (M/F/d)**, based in Milan, who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Customer Success team.
**Your role in BizAway**
As a Team Lead, you will lead a team of 6-8 Customer Success Executives.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Lead, coach, and inspire your team of CSEs, supporting their personal and professional growth
- Oversee the customer journey delivered by your team, from onboarding to adoption, renewals, and expansion; ensuring clients maximize value from BizAway
- Drive commercial success by supporting upselling, cross-selling, and contract renegotiations
- Monitor client health and team performance using dashboards, KPIs, and Salesforce
- Anticipate renewal risks, design mitigation plans, and secure contract renewals
- Collaborate with Support, Service, and Product teams to ensure a seamless client experience
**Your basic qualifications**
- You have proven experience leading a team (ideally in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales)
- You have a strong understanding of the **customer lifecycle**: onboarding, adoption, renewals, and growth
- You are commercially minded with experience in upselling and contract negotiations
- You are confident using **CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)** and dashboards to track KPIs
- You have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- You are **fluent in Italian and English** (written and spoken
**We are also interested in**
- Previous experience in **Travel Tech, SaaS, or the travel industry.**:
- Experience working in fast-paced scale-up environment.
