Marni Group il looking for an Account Executive to join the Wholesale Team of its HQ in Milan. - S/he assist and support the Wholesale Manager for developing the wholesale business for Man collections. - **RESPONSIBILITIES** - Support Wholesale Manager in preparing budget by customers, attend product training and train seasonal showroom staff. - Ownership with Sales Operations team and Showroom Manager in scheduling customer appointments. - Understand and evaluate account product needs and build specific assortments by account/country with buyers/management during market - Sell or support selling activities during market following global strategy to drive qualitative and quantitative sales. - Responsible for market order book management (customer orders input on time, in line with selling guidelines, and minimums) - Chase orders with customers to meet deadline, review all orders before conversion and ensure that are complete and in line with agreed order book. - Support Customer Care and Sales Operations for post-market activities and checking orders. - Post market analysis & tracking commercial conditions. - Conduct / Share seasonal product training to accounts to help drive business & sell thrus (share guidelines, collection presentation, marketing activities, digital assets.) - Analyze monthly sell out by style and door for top accounts and propose to Wholesale Manager proactive actions to improve sell thru. - Make sure customers necessities are addressed on time to deliver an adequate brand experience QUALIFICATION- Good knowledge and understanding of the luxury market / products - Result driven mind set & analytical skills are required - Must be proactive and take initiative - Highly organized and detail oriented - Ability to demonstrate flexibility - Strong communication and interpersonal/people skills, ability to establish partnerships with all levels of managers and business partners - Excellent time management skills, prioritizing and multi-tasking - Italian and English proficiency written and spoken mandatory; Other European spoken languages are considered a plus.
