Marketing Specialist

The challenge

An exciting opportunity has arisen at the Consumable, Accessories & Value Added Services Business Line of Haier Europe. The Company is on a journey to achieve ambitious business growth and leadership objectives in the region, and we need someone who is passionate, proactive, self-driven and motivated to join a team of open-minded individuals.

We are looking for an individual who demonstrates the core values of the Haier’s attitude: entrepreneurship and innovation, zero distance to consumers and IoT & Ecosystem thinking. A true change agent with an agile approach thriving for idea contamination and with a hyper-collaborative approach that breaks silos and creates an open ecosystem.

What you will do

As Marketing Specialist you will have the opportunity to get a 360° overview by managing an end-to-end process. You will become accountable and manage autonomously your daily workload in a highly dynamic and agile work environment.

There is no Typical Day in the life of a Product Manager Specialist, anyway you will be responsible for the following areas:
CONTENT CREATION
- Create Assets (product content, images, videos) for e-commerce with a focus on Amazon
- Supporting Amazon team on content creation and product campaigns
- Story telling Co-creation with PMs for all consumable & accessories (new and old ones)
- Leading international event/congress (i.e. Fuori Salone, IFA etc.)
- Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.

BRAND IDENTITY
- Relaunch brand identity and brand purpose and reason why of one of our brands.
- Land brand purpose into packs, contents, POS etc
- Focusing on brand visibility and communication of our brands.
- Leading the development of all POS materials for all our brands

What you need to succeed
- 2-3 years of Experience in FMCG/Comms Agency/Home appliances industry
- Master’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, Management or other similar Faculty
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office proficient user of Excel
- English is a must, Italian is a plus
- Previous experience in managing creative agency.
- Project management skills
- Good analytical and precision skills to be able to face the assigned tasks
- Content creation experience is a plus
- Genuine passion for marketing and communication activities, aimed at achieving objectives and working as a team player with a positive and proactive approach.
