**Main responsibilities**:

- Order entry (service orders and project orders).
- Follow-up activities related to the order entry process: checking Price Exceptions with Sales team, delivery and lead-times with Operations and Warehouse and scheduling with Field Service Scheduler and Coordinator.
- Backlog analysis and execution of the invoicing process.
- Project management: support the project team and the customer from pre-sales to post-sales activities.
- Follow rigorously safety and security company procedures.
- Escalate to upper technical level problems that can’t be solved independently.
- Extend or help building a respectful relationship with customer by always adopting an exemplary attitude.

**Requirements**:

- Associate or Bachelor degree in a technical field such as electronics, industrial automation, etc;
- Fluency in Italian and English (B2);
- At least 1 years of prior experience in structured companies, automation field is a plus;
- SAP skills;
- Troubleshooting and diagnostic experience of hardware and software will be considered as a plus;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (MS Dynamics is a plus);
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Availability to travel domestic and sometimes international (when required).
