Our Client is the Holding of an important international Group operating in the sector of motorway management, large infrastructure engineering and construction projects and transport and mobility technology. **Posizione**: In order to strengthen their Corporate Finance & Strategy Team, located in the Head-Quarters in Italy, asked us to find a Corporate Financial Planning Expert. - Preparation and updating of the Group's economic Financial and Regulatory Plans; - Financial Analysis on budget, variations, and forecasts’ updating; - Interface with local and international subsidiaries, in order to prepare the Group Consolidated Plan; - Supporting colleagues and Head of Finance in the case of Corporate extraordinary finance transactions and operations; - Supporting in evaluation and impaiment test activities. **Requisiti**: The suitable profile is in possession of the following requirements: - At least 4/5 years of experience in international Groups, Business Banks, Consulting or Auditing companies, Holding, Corporate, M&A; - Degree in Economics or Engineering; International MBA will be considered a plus; - Excellent written and spoken knowledge of English language; Portuguese language will be considered a plus; - Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages; SAP and Bloomberg - A previous knowledge and/or experience in similar sectors on international projects, environments and contexts will be considerated a very relevant plus.
