Administrative Assistant

She/he will be in charge of the front office, in the reception area, and will support the Administrative team in various tasks and special projects, as needed.
Main responsibilities:
- Front office and receptionist duties
- General administration support
- Support Office Management needs (such as shipment, meetings, facilities, travel arrangement)
- Support organization for employee/customers meetings: (such as catering, taxi, hotel)
- Take care of general Office services (coffee, water, stationary, etc.)
**Requirements**:
- Education: Degree is preferred but not mandatory
- English fluent (reading, written and oral)
- At least 1 year experience in similar roles
- Good knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Excel, Power Point), SAP
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
