Freelance - Launch of Italian Branch

Dear Sir/Madam,

As part of our international expansion and the upcoming launch of our branch in Italy, we are seeking a qualified freelancer to support this strategic project. Specializing in interior design, we aim to strengthen our presence on the Italian market by creating a tailored and local customer experience.

**Assignment Description**:
The freelancer will be responsible for several crucial tasks during the initial phase of the project:

- **E-commerce site translation**: Adapt the content of our current site for the Italian market, ensuring our brand essence is maintained while respecting local cultural specifics.
- **Marketing content creation**: Work closely with our marketing department to develop targeted advertising and promotional content for the Italian audience.
- **CEO support**: Assist our CEO during trips to Milan, including meeting preparations and interpretation if needed.
- **Staff recruitment**: Identify and hire local talent that will contribute to the success of our branch.
- **Logistic partners search**: Establish contacts and negotiate agreements with logistic partners to ensure efficient distribution of our products across Italy.
- **Customer service management**: Initially set up and manage the customer service, ensuring smooth and professional communication with our Italian customers.

**Desired Profile**:

- Italian nationality or strong experience with the Italian market
- Proven experience in the e-commerce sector, particularly in Italy
- Excellent command of Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Skills in translation and content creation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Negotiation skills and ability to establish business relationships
- Availability for travel to Milan

**Assignment Conditions**:

- Duration: Initially set for 2 months, 3-4 days per week, with the possibility of evolving into an employment contract depending on results and company needs.
- Compensation: To be determined based on profile and experience.
