**Guest Relations Specialist - Milan**

We are a tech-driven hospitality company operating in the short-term rental sector. We combine the comfort of a home with hotel-level services, using technology and innovative processes to deliver a seamless guest experience.

We are looking for a Guest Relations Specialist to join our team and act as the main point of contact for guests before, during, and after their stay.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure a smooth, high-quality guest experience
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Handle guest requests, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Use digital tools and management systems to support daily operations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hospitality, short-term rentals, or customer service
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
- Strong passion for technology and digital tools
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset

**Job Details**
- Location: Milan (domicile in Milan required)
- Schedule: 5 days per week, including weekends and public holidays
- Shifts: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM or 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- Availability: Occasional phone availability until midnight
