**MISSION**

The Maserati Retail Process defines, develops, and delivers guidelines and new standards for Maserati dealerships worldwide. For this role we are looking for a PM, who will support the team specifically for the creation of the Omni channel Retail Experience that Maserati is building to enhance the customer experience including and integrating physical and digitals elements and touch points among the whole customer journey.

We're offering a fixed-term contract (maternity leave) for this position.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**
- To ensure the design and deployment of the main initiatives related to the omnichannel retail experience and ecommerce program
- To finalize and activate pilots, define KPIs to monitor them and follow the ramp up of the whole project into the regions and dealer network
- To ensure that the resources are properly allocated to this project (centrally and regionally)
- To interact with core team members (Digital & CJ, CRM, Brand, Customer care, Connectivity & e-Mobility, ICT, Regions, Purchasing, Finance)
- To monitor the results and support the corrective actions implementation in alignment with the regions and core team members
- To ensure that the program is continuously embraced by the company, the regions and the dealers and that it evolves to sustain the company business objective going forward

**REQUIREMENTS**
- University degree in Marketing or Economics
- Ideally 5 or more years of experience as PM in Retail/Dealers management within the Luxury, Automotive or FMCG industry. An expertise in digital retailing, ecommerce and customer experience is considered as a plus
- Fluency in Italian, very good knowledge of English (C1 level-minimum)
- Full proficiency with the Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Salesforce as a plus
- Deep Knowledge of Digital tools and Retail Sales Processes into the Luxury world
- Excellent interpersonal skills - verbal and written communication
- Capable of operating within a fast-paced environment, being accurate and a good team player
- Personal interest for automotive industry, Luxury world, and Digital trends
