Offriamo un’opportunità di iniziale **inserimento a tempo determinato**per il nostro sito di **Casella (GE)**. La figura supporterà l'area Customer Service nella gestione della documentazione di trasporto e doganale relativa all’esportazione, riportando alla **Customer Service Export Coordinator**.
**Attività principali**:
- Supporto al Team nell’inserimento e nella gestione degli ordini Cliente e nell’aggiornamento del portafoglio.
- Interfaccia con il Cliente lungo l’intero flusso dell’ordine e gestione di eventuali reclami.
- Transport Management: gestione dei trasporti dalla presa in carico della merce dai magazzini aziendali fino al carico merce su nave e/o a destino.
- Analisi della conformità dei documenti di trasporto e doganali.
- Gestione dell’archiviazione delle pratiche nel repository aziendale.
**Requisiti**:
- Laurea in Lingue e Letterature straniere/Economia Internazionale, master in Commercio Internazionale o diploma affine sono preferibili.
- Eventuali conoscenze legate all’ambito logistico e spedizioni sono considerate un plus.
- Tenacia, resilienza e capacità di problem-solving.
- Buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office.
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e/o francese, tedesco.
- Curiosità per le dinamiche di spedizione export.
