- Per la nostra sede di **Modena (MO)** stiamo ricercando un **Trainee**:
**Principali responsabilità**:

- Analisi dei flussi logistici e individuazione di aree di miglioramento
- Supporto nella definizione e nel monitoraggio di KPI operativi
- Sviluppo di report periodici per il controllo delle performance
- Collaborazione con i reparti operativi per l’implementazione di soluzioni migliorative
- Partecipazione a progetti di ottimizzazione dei processi interni

**Requisiti richiesti**:

- Laurea triennale o magistrale in Ingegneria Gestionale (in corso o conseguita da poco)
- Buona conoscenza di Excel e strumenti di analisi
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
