**Position**:
**High End Sales Training & High End Club Members (Temporary Contract, Maternity Replacement)**

Within our Corporate HE Department, we are searching for a temporary **HE & Club Member Sales Trainer** for a **maternity cover**. He/she will contribute and support the management of the High End Sales trainings planning, design and deployment, ensuring the definition and implementation of the High End sales training strategy and plans to maximize sales productivity.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Contribute to the development of the training materials from products & storytelling standpoint
- Master the retro-planning and organization of the activities in order to meet the deadlines.
- Supervise the proper deployment of the training related materials and help manage the delivery to the local trainers and sales staff.
- Supervise the definition and invitation of the right audience to the trainings and all planning activities calendar.
- Collect feedback from local HE referents and sales trainers in the markets to identify the training needs and suggest improvements on the training tools and contents
- Contribute to the definition, management, and animation of the community of HE sales team encouraging the team to enforce the sense of belonging
- Encourage the best practices sharing attitude to celebrate results and improve way of working
- Collaborate with manager in the management of guidelines and action plans for local HE referents and local sales trainers.
- Monitor & Analyze Business and training KPIs in order to identify learning solutions to impact sales and learning absorption
- Work with the manager in the training budget definition for the area of reference and ensure its control.
- Work closely with corporate sales training team to ensure coherency in the contents created and deployment methodology.

**Profile**:
**Qualifications/Professional Capabilities**
- Fluent English
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in High Jewelry - jewelry marketing is a plus
- Microsoft Excel and PPT
