We are committed to attracting **top-notch talent** and providing opportunities for growth and development based on their individual strengths and interests **Your role**: As a member of our Talent Acquisition Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and collaborating with colleagues across all divisions to enhance our teams and facilitate our growth. Activities will include: - Manage sourcing channels, screen CVs, conduct interviews, and proactively build talent pipelines. - Implement talent development and performance management initiatives. - Support and execute onboarding activities. - Create reports to monitor hiring KPIs and recruitment metrics. - Provide ad-hoc support for broader HR-related tasks. **What we are looking for**: - Passion for People and especially for Talent Acquisition - Ability to work both independently and in a team - Proactive and innovative mindset, confident to work in an extensively growing environment where a high degree of flexibility is required - Good vibe, driven, diplomatic, active listener, humble, hard-working - University degree - master in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar will be considered a plus - Excellent English verbal and written communication skills - Can join from **July 2025**for a 6-month internship **What we offer**: - Work with some of the best people in the industry - Unmatched exposure to both external stakeholders (entrepreneurs, investors, etc.) and internal ones - Meet the team at fun offsites every quarter **Process**: The hiring process at Heritage includes the following stages: - Screening assessment: We conduct a screening assessment to determine your suitability for the position. - First round interview: We schedule a call to give you an opportunity to learn more about Heritage and the role, as well as ask any questions you may have. - Logic & Attitude assessment: You will be assessed on your logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attitude towards the role and our company. - Final discussion: We will have a final discussion to review your qualifications and assess your suitability for the role. - Offer: If you are selected for the role, you will be offered a position with Heritage.
