Would you like to help Italian and international companies transform their businesses with ERP technology?

At Arcwide, we are expanding our local expertise and seeking a new colleague to join our team as an Intern. This is a six-month, full-time internship where you will report directly to our Project Manager. Your role will focus on business transformation programs enabled by **ERP technology** and the implementation of IFS solutions.

You will be based in our office in **Turin **(preferably) or in **Milan**, with a hybrid way of working

**You will**:

- Contribute to all project phases from the conceptual design to the successful implementation of the project.
- Support the development of high-quality client presentations and deliverables (scoping documents, business process flows, project timelines, executive readouts, etc.)
- Assyst business process analysis and assessments
- Perform software configuration, develop functional specifications, and conduct functional testing of the system
- Participate to data migrations and system conversion activities
- Under supervision of Project management, you will be in charge of the implementation of the **Service/Asset Management Modules** (Case Management, Service Order Management, Mobile Work Order, Asset Planning, Asset Performance Management, Asset Maintenance), you will support customers with your expertise and guiding in the change management process

**Whom are we looking for?**
- You have successfully completed (or are about to complete) a Master’s Degree in Engineering or Economics from Top University/Business School
- A good track record of additional learning and development activities (certifications, training courses etc.) is preferred.
- You are interested or have a base understanding of business, technology, and process implications in operations management.
- You have good problem-solving, team-working and presentation skills.
- You are able to communicate both in **Italian** and **English** at all levels of the Organization (other European languages will be considered as a plus)

You will have an advantage, if additionally, you have:

- Having basic knowledge of ERP implementation (IFS, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft. Infor) projects or as ERP end-user will be considered Plus

You will have an advantage, if additionally, you are:

- client-oriented work ethic with excellent international teamworking abilities
- able and available to travel up to 60-70% of the time
