Attività principali:

- Eseguire i test analitici di controllo qualità nell’ambito dell’area di biologia molecolare ( qPCR, ddPCR, RT-PCR, Southern Blot, Western Blot, Test Elisa, HPLC, saggi enzimatici) in osservanza alle GMP ed entro i tempi stabiliti;
- Eseguire i saggi e le analisi previsti per il trasferimento e la validazione di nuovi metodi analitici.
- Gestione del laboratorio (approvvigionamento materiali, verifica scadenze reagenti, preparazione soluzioni, verifica strumentazione);
- Fornire supporto per la redazione o revisione di documentazione (metodi analitici, SOP, etc.);
- Fornire supporto nella redazione di protocollo e report inerenti l’attività analitica eseguita.

Requisiti:

- Laurea in Scienze Biologiche/Biotecnologie;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Esperienza pregressa in laboratorio di biologia molecolare e Real time PCR.
