MICE Sales & Operation manager

L'Hotel Mercure Roma West, hotel a 4 stelle, è alla ricerca di un/una MICE Sales & Operation manager.

Cerchiamo una persona che abbia voglia di sperimentare e sviluppare le proprie competenze all’interno di un team dinamico e innovativo.
- **Responsabilità**:_
- Promuovere la propria struttura sui mercati di riferimento e stimolare l’organizzazione in loco di eventi di qualità.
- Gestire l’apparato amministrativo della struttura congressuale.
- Supervisionare l’attività dei vari collaboratori addetti alla vendita e agli allestimenti delle attività congressuali;
- monitorare nel complesso i servizi erogati (allestimenti, assistenza técnica, servizi ristorativi, alloggio etc).
- Gestire il calendario degli eventi congressuali in programma, prendendo accordi con i committenti per poter soddisfare specifiche esigenze di tipo organizzativo.
- Selezionare e gestire i rapporti con i fornitori.
- Relazionarsi con il Direttore dell’hotel.

- Attitudine a lavorare in team
- Proattività e gentilezza
- Spirito di iniziativa e problem solving
- Facilità di esposizione sia verbale che scritta
- Attitudine al rispetto di regole e procedure;
- Ordine mentale e rispetto delle gerarchie
- Pregressa esperienza di almeno due anni nel medesimo ruolo
