**Sales Administrator**

The key responsibilities of a Sales Administrator include but not limited to the following:
**Responsibilities**
- Handling all incoming enquiries to the sales team with prompt action.
- Generation of renewal and co-term quotations.
- Production of weekly sales reports using Sales Force to monitor renewal deal allocations and statuses.
- Distribution of the weekly report findings to Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) and regional and country sales teams.
- Assistance with data gathering for weekly renewal rate forecasts.
- Collaboration with ISRs throughout the region to ensure target achievement.
- Preparation of visual reports for senior management using Excel & Power point.
- Price list and data analysis.
- Miscellaneous administrative duties to support the wider channel team.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to demonstrate a clear understanding of sales processes preferably within a B2B environment.
- Previous experience in sales would be an advantage.
- Customer service orientation with strong interpersonal skills.
- Multi-tasking capabilities and initiative.
- Sales Force and MS Pack Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic English language skills are essential

**Other duties may include**:

- Building & Facilities: handling of all B&F related matters in liaison with employees, suppliers and syndic. Quotes, internal purchase requests and work follow up.
- Events & Meetings: handling of Sales office meetings (Training, Customer, Internal). Meeting room booking, room/coffee/lunch set up, catering orders, hotel/taxi booking for internal/guests.
- Admin: handling of miscellaneous admin tasks; office supplies orders, office phone and reception, business cards orders.
