**Salesforce Administrator**

La risorsa ideale verrà inserita all’interno di un team progettuale in forte evoluzione in ambito Insurance con coinvolgimento in attività di analisi técnica, attività di analisi funzionale su evolutive in ambito Salesforce (Sales e Service) e Salesforce Service Cloud Voice.

Competenze e requisiti:

- Conoscenza funzionale dei processi implementati su Salesforce Service Cloud e Sales Cloud ovvero Case Management - Lead Management - Opportunity Management;
- Esperienza nell'attività di configurazione su Piattaforma Salesforce: Profilazione utenti; (configurazione user, profili, ruoli, visibilità) Data Model (configurazione oggetti e campi); Workflow - Process Builder - Flow - Report (creazione report e report type);
- Buona Conoscenza della lingua inglese

**Nice to have**:

- Costituisce un plus il conseguimento delle seguenti certificazioni: - Salesforce Administrator I - Salesforce Sales Cloud Certified Consultant - Salesforce Service Cloud Certified
