**About the role**:
As a Product Specialist for our Wheels portfolio, you will support the salesforce in proposing the appropriate product, ensuring the most effective solution for cost and lead time so as to meet customer expectation.

You will also manage the availability of products and services ensuring they are ready and available for delivery to customers. You work to minimize stock levels while ensuring a high level of service.

Wheels are a key element of our offer, allowing us to stand out versus competitors being a single point of sourcing for the customer and providing them with combined (Wheel + Tire) solutions.

**Your duties include the following**:

- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements
- Provide support to sales organization on technical discussion with the customers
- Interpret customer requirements, match products to customer specifications and drawings.
- Identify the most effective product sourcing for cost and lead time
- Track the order management to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor inventory & backorders to ensure product availability and service level
- Support technical claims management
- Build sound and trustful relationship with internal and external suppliers

**Your profile**:

- You have a bachelor's degree and/or can present at least 3 years of relevant experience in the engineering sector (technical knowledge of wheels and rims is a strong plus);
- You can work with ERP systems
- You can read and understand technical drawings;
- You communicate fluently English (both orally and in writing), Italian is a plus
- You have planning skills and the ability to follow up - deliver results, the ability to manage complexity and work under pressure and see problem solving;
- You have an excellent customer focus and understanding of total customer satisfaction;
- You can work independently as well as in a team;
