About the Job:
As a Technical Sales Specialist you will support the salesforce in proposing the appropriate product, ensuring the most effective solution for cost and lead time so to meet customer expectation.

You will also supervise products availability ensuring they are ready and available achieving a high level of service for the customers.

By gaining technical and market experience you will be able to improve the way we serve our customers supporting the brand and profitability growth in this product segment.

Key responsibilities:

- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements
- Provide support to sales organization on technical discussion with the customers
- Interpret customer requirements, match products to customer specifications and drawings.
- Identify the most effective product sourcing for cost and lead time
- Track the order management to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor inventory & backorders to ensure product availability and service level
- Support technical claims management
- Build sound and trustful relationship with internal and external suppliers

Key requirements:

- You have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics or Management
- You can read and understand technical drawings;
- Previous experience in the engineering sector will be a plus;
- You communicate fluently English (both orally and in writing), Italian is a plus
- You have planning skills and the ability to follow up - deliver results, the ability to manage complexity and work under pressure and see problem solving;
- You have an excellent customer focus and understanding of total customer satisfaction;
- You can work independently as well as in a team;
