**Position:**:We are currently looking for a **Head Of Regional Finance Iberia & USA** **(M/F/d) - **Flexible working location across Italy
- This role reports to the Divisional CFO and will be dotted to the Regional General Manager, performing as a business partner to the local Management team. This will involve driving the regions financial plans, performing risk management and deciding on investment strategies.
Moreover, the Resource will supervise and coordinate both Regional Administrative and Planning & Controlling activities for all Legal Entities and Countries in the Region. Providing guidance and advice to Regional FP&A and Head of Local Accounting & Tax activities following Group guidelines and rules.
**Main tasks**:
- Supervising the overall closing process on a monthly basis for all Legal Entities/Countries in the Region
- Accountable for ensuring books are closed accurately and in a timely manner for managed Entities
- Supervising local and regional financial Planning and Analysis team in the preparation of forecasts and annual budgets
- Accountable for setting annual business Targets (budgets) following Group guidelines and partnering with regional and local business functions
- Supervising the preparation of financial statements in compliance with local and Group GAAP, pro forma reports, and dashboards for review and distribution to management and clients
- Coordination of Regional and Local countries Administrative and Planning & Controlling processes
- Supervising month close journals in addition to Shared Service Center and Local Administrative team
- Oversee all statutory reporting requirements to ensure timely submission and compliance with local regulations
- Supervising and coordinating working Capital Analysis and Price to Win rate analysis
