PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITÀ

La risorsa sarà coinvolta nelle attività core del team Customer Accounting, composto da sei risorse, che in Hilti Italia ha una relazione diretta anche con i clienti ed ha l’ownership di alcuni dei principali processi strategici a livello Finance:
Gestione del Ciclo attivoGestione dei Flussi di pagamento- Monitoraggio delle attività di incasso gestite in remoto dai Punti vendita e/o dagli Account Manager

Tra le varie attività, la risorsa in particolare sarà coinvolta in un progetto Globale relativo alla fatturazione elettronica che in virtù del progressivo passaggio di molti mercati Europei a questa modalità vedrà Hilti Italia, a fronte della sua esperienza, _“Pilota” _nella creazione di un processo finalizzato alla creazione di un modello da replicare in altre organizzazioni di mercato.
- Lo svolgimento delle attività assegnate darà alla Risorsa l’opportunità di interfacciarsi con tutte le Direzioni Aziendali acquisendo una conoscenza completa del Business e del mercato di riferimento di Hilti Italia e di acquisire visibilità in tutto il dipartimento Finanza per le frequenti sinergie con altri Team interni.**Hilti è un’azienda in continua evoluzione che offre un ambiente di lavoro dinamico e sfidante.
