**Position Summary**:
In order to complete our team in the Collaboration, Content and Portals Product Group and in the Personal Tools & Insights Product Team, we are currently looking for an **IS/IT Product Owner - Creativity.
As our IS/IT Product Owner - Creativity, you will work closely with the IT product manager to create a new **E2E product strategy **(i.e., Vision, Roadmap, prioritization, governance ) and assess receiver’s needs and requirements. You will be responsible for maximizing value of the product and to work with other stakeholders and team members.

In our Personal Tools & Insight Product Team, you will be accountable for **owning **and **prioritizing **product backlog items and for overall tactical value delivery in the **Product Lifecycle **.

You will play a key role with responsibilities for the full life cycle of the product, from the ideation and strategy, through continuous value management to retirement, including ITIL service models (e.g., L2 and L3 support models).

**A day in the life of an IS/IT Product Owner - Creativity**:
As our new team member, you will:

- Establish product roadmaps in line with Product Manager’s vision and directions.
- Manage product backlog, define projects, and implement Agile project methodologies.
- Establish product governance and ensure a compliant-by-design product.
- Define and own acceptance criteria, and lead reviews with executive sponsors and stakeholders to identify organic or specific product needs.
- Coordinate, prioritize and validate the product items work of tech teams.
- Analyze the reporting provided by the performance manager to identify insights into the product impact and adoption in the market.
- Work with customers to define and validate specific key value indicators (KVIs), and with the team’s key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve the product value.
- Use a deep understanding of the business capabilities to segment IS/IT customers and consumers based on their needs and profile. Provide an outside-in based view of how to best target each segment.
- Prepare the strategy and the communication material to create a shared understanding of the product. Your focus will be in particular on how to market and sell it (for BRMs at the Centre and in the markets), how to deliver and operate it (for product teams), and how to measure its success (for performance manager and BRMs).
- Create a positive context by creating alignments, leading by example, and promoting an open culture and our values in a sustainable way.

**What will make you successful**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably computer science or field related to the product.
- 5+ years of experience in a product based IS/IT organization.
- Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies is a must.
- Strong understanding of basic system engineering, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards.
- Above-average organizational and prioritization skills, along with robust communications skills, preferably matured at different organizational levels within a complex global environment and with virtual teams.
- Business and technology savvy, with a deep understanding of the IT landscape in the functional area and working knowledge of APIs & integration, consumer research, and UI/UX.
