**Purchasing Director**
La figura, riportando direttamente alla Direzione Industriale, sarà responsabile delle funzioni atte a garantire il corretto approvvigionamento di Materie Prime per tutte le linee del brand e di tutte le tipologie di prodotti (accessori, filati, tessuti, ricami, packaging), garantendo gli standard qualitativi dell’Azienda in un’ottica di minimizzazione del costo complessivo, nel rispetto delle tempistiche prestabilite dal calendario.

**Tra le responsabilità**:
- Collaborare con l’Ufficio Ricerca Tessuti e i Responsabili di Prodotto delle diverse Linee per analizzare il fabbisogno di materie prime, effettuando proiezioni in base al venduto e al budget di vendita da raggiungere;
- Coordinare i diversi team appartenenti all’Ufficio Acquisti (Accessori, Tessuti, Ricami e Stampe) affinché vengano emessi i primi ordini d’acquisto al (buio) e successivamente in base al dato di venduto;
- Garantire che venga effettuata, dalle risorse del team, una puntuale analisi e gestione del magazzino;
- Partecipare con l’Ufficio Pianificazione della Produzione alla definizione del Piano Principale di Produzione per quanto concerne le date di consegna dei materiali e monitorare il rispetto delle stesse dai propri team;
- Gestire la relazione con i fornitori accordandosi circa le condizioni quali-quantitative di acquisto, le modalità e i tempi di consegna e pagamento delle merci;
- Effettuare la ricerca di nuovi fornitori e selezionare i fornitori di interesse da proporre alla Direzione.

**Requisiti**:

- Saper organizzare, guidare e controllare il team dei vari uffici coordinati dalla funzione, in accordo con le politiche aziendali, per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi assegnati;
- Esperienza nella gestione di team corposi;
- Determinazione, ottima gestione dello stress, forte sensibilità nella ricerca, flessibilità, incline al confronto di squadra e fortemente appassionato.
