We are looking for help in the Italian Payroll department based in Milan, composed by 3 professionals.

In a nutshell, the future intern will help us to ensure all activities around salaries payments and employee/company requirements are met, in accordance with the corporate timetable, financial policies and statutory contracts/regulations.

**Your main tasks**:

- Time & Attendance management (creation of new profiles, management of anomalies, creation of company master data)
- Help track and register payroll monthly salary variations
- Perform rigorous quality checks on payroll data to ensure complete accuracy
- Intercept and deepen news relative to the regulatory and statutory updates so to help company to be compliant
- Support in the answer of employees queries and requests
- Participate in the implementation of new tools and innovative projects
- Manage some activities like: meal voucher, insurances, funds, management of the Purchase Orders (in collaboration with finance department)
- Support transversally the team in any other ah-hoc tasks

**Your profile**:

- Labor consultancy/Economics/Science of Legal Services
- Very good knowledge of English and Italian
- Good command of Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of Workday would be a plus
- Strong attention to details
- Accuracy
- Ability to work within procedures and deadlines
- Attitude to work in a team
- Good communication and relational skills

**Internship details**:

- Presence required in our offices in Milan (Centrale) on a hybrid mode
- Internship contract of 6 months
- Starting date as soon as possible
