Per l'HQ, siamo alla ricerca di un/una:
**Technical** **Recruiter**
La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno del _Recruitment Dept._ e si occuperà di:
- gestire operativamente tutte le richieste di reclutamento e mobilitazione di figure tecniche provenienti dall'Italia e dalle filiali estere;
- redigere le Job Description e gestire la pubblicazione online delle vacancies (ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed e Glassdor);
- ricerca proattiva e attraction dei migliori talenti sul mercato attraverso una varietà di fonti (Head Hunting, networking, career events);
gestione e aggiornamento del database aziendale;
- supporto al Tender Department nella stesura e nel confezionamento dei curricula vitae da presentare in sede di gara.
- Laurea in materie umanistiche o affini;
- autonomia ed esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di almeno 4 anni;
- conoscenza dei profili Engineering in ambito _Design, Work Supervision, Construction_ e _Oil&Gas_;
- **
MANDATORIO**: fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese (minimo livello B2);
- buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office.
