MCA Italia è alla ricerca di un/una Technical Recruiter per il settore Aerospazio e Difesa. Se sei una persona curiosa, precisa, orientata al business e motivata a crescere nel mondo della selezione tecnica, in un ambiente giovane e dinamico, questa è l'opportunità perfetta per te.
Cosa farai:
Entrerai a far parte del team Recruitment e ti occuperai della ricerca e selezione di profili tecnico-ingegneristici in ambito Aerospazio e Difesa, seguendo l'intero processo di recruiting e supportando candidati e manager nelle varie fasi.
In particolare:
- Selezionerai i migliori talenti attraverso LinkedIn, portali di lavoro, database universitari e gestionali interni.
- Scriverai e pubblicherai job description su piattaforme di recruiting e sito aziendale.
- Manterrai aggiornato il database candidati secondo le procedure interne, assicurando ordine e tracciabilità.
- Condurrai i primi colloqui conoscitivi e compilerai i relativi report dettagliati e utili per i manager.
- Racconterai MCA, i suoi progetti e il percorso di selezione, raccogliendo tutte le informazioni necessarie.
- Organizzerai i colloqui con i manager, monitorando ogni fase e aggiornando i candidati con i relativi feedback.
- Parteciperai alle attività di comunicazione interna ed eventi esterni.
Chi cerchiamo:
- Sei laureato/a in discipline umanistiche.
- Hai da 0 a 2 anni di esperienza nel recruiting, preferibilmente su profili ingegneristici.
- Hai ottime capacità comunicative, organizzative e sai gestire le priorità.
- Hai un mindset business-oriented e curiosità verso il mondo Mobility.
- Hai una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- Hai voglia di crescere, imparare e lavorare in un team giovane, dinamico e collaborativo.
