**Area Description/Overview**

The internship will give you the possibility to get an insight in the Culture and DE&I field of an international group. Moreover, you will be able to reinforce your team working attitude, acquire a deep knowledge of diversity, equity & inclusion in a dynamic and international environment.

Requisiti

**Your tasks & responsibilities**

Within Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Team, you will:

- Support Team members as PMO in all Diversity, Equity & Inclusion activities
- Play an active role in planning and execution of DE&I programmes, events and trainings
- Work in close synergy with other P&C areas and other functions for cross initiatives and projects
- Prepare relevant material / documentation for the different initiatives
- Pull together diversity reports and benchmarking for updates to Senior Management
- Track and monitor DE&I projects and initiatives, updating related action plan

- Diversity, inclusion and people development enthusiast with an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset
- Organisational and project-management skills, including developing and managing the design, development and implementation of initiatives, management of external vendors & event management
- Strong ability to connect and collaborate across many and varied groups within UniCredit
- Eagerness to learn and challenge oneself in an international, complex and dynamic environment
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive approach with an ability to prioritise workload
- Ability to work in a team and attention to details and accuracy, learning agility
- Analytical skills and demonstrated proficiency in MS Office suite and SharePoint
- Academic fields: Human Resources, Economics, Management and Statistics, Communication
- Fluent in English
