Job Description Summary:
We are looking for an Accounting and Reporting Specialist who will be responsible for Financial bookkeeping and reporting.

**Job Description**:
Main Responsibilities:

- Managing the invoicing & bookkeeping process
- Preparation of monthly financial statements and monthly/quarterly reporting
- Performing financial analysis, P&L forecast and budget process
- Maintain accounting rules and work cross functionally to develop specific sub-processes
- Support the right implementation of new tools to simplify day-by-day activities
- Cooperate with the team to guarantee compliance and accuracy in internal process
- Collaborate with the other Finance and Technical Departments to reach overall department goals and objectives.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor or master’s degree in accounting/Finance/Economics or a related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Advanced knowledge of accounting and tax procedures
- Good knowledge of Italian GAAP (OIC) and IFRS
- Good knowledge of Microsoft MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power Point
- Attention to details
- Experience in use of automated accounting systems (such as Microsoft Dynamics, Piteco or Profis)
- Ability to organize work independently
- Team player
- Good knowledge of English
