Summary

Viatris targets to continuously enhance its Omnichannel ecosystem and we need team members who will govern these channels including, but not limited to, portals for health care professionals, patient and pharmacy portals, e-commerce platforms & integrations, marketing automation platforms, and data hub for profile and consent records, ensuring business continuity and continuous improvement of service model and processes.

The Global Omnichannel Product Manager will work as a member of the Global Omnichannel Enablement Organization reporting to “Identity Management” (a Salesforce product) platform lead.

Key Responsibilities For This Role Include

- Understand:

- Align with global stakeholders, such as marketing, medical, IT, etc. to define the need, prioritize and build omnichannel capabilities
- Communicate with regional Leads/Country Managers and Digital Marketing functions to roll out product updates
- Act as a bridge between global and local functions, be the single point of contact person for all platform related inquiries
- Ideate:

- Partner with the Omnichannel Enablement platform leaders to define & design Viatris’ future omnichannel ecosystem with specific focus on the data
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that improve customer experience and drive growth
- Execute:

- Build products at the global level and define localization decisions, roll-out to regions/countries
- Moderate daily agile team meetings, raise flags and remove blockers when necessary
- Work on the solution space to optimize development work based on current technology stack.
- Design and supervise data modelling, data integration and data management projects to orchestrate master data across different systems at Viatris.
- Reflect:

- Decide on metrics and KPIs to follow, request / create dashboards and react accordingly
- Run retrospective meetings to learn, improve and celebrate

The Minimum Qualifications For This Role Are
- An Experienced (+5 Yrs) Product Manager - You are a proven leader who has excelled when leading large, complex cross-functional digital products that deliver quantifiable business impact from inception to delivery. Salesforce ecosystem know-how will be a plus.
- A Problem Solver - You love solving problems and bringing order to chaos. You’re able to take an ambiguous question, develop a solid action plan, and drive execution against that plan with a cross-functional team.
- Process-Oriented - You’re known as someone who is detail-oriented and highly organized. You love building scalable operational processes that transform a company’s operations. Previous experience to manage large scale data integration projects will be a plus
- A Quick Learner - You’re a quick learner who can both see the big picture and dive into the details. You love understanding the systems and processes that make programs run. You enjoy taking on a challenge and learning something new.
- A Strong Communicator - You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and you’re able to use those skills to recommend improvements and influence cross-functional matrix project teams.
