**Your (future?)job**
This position is based in Milan and reports to the General Manager of Hipay Italy. 8 people compose the Italian HiPay Team : Business Developer, Account Managers, Marketing Manager etc...
As a People Operations & Office Manager, you will take care of all the administrative procedures that will interface with the external payroll provider and French Headquarter. You will also manage the Italian office.

Your main missions will be:

- Payroll - HR
- Accountability
- Office management
- Localization of the marketing material

- First interview with the General Manager of Hipay Italy
- Second interview with the Talent Acquisition Manager who is based in France

**Location**
Our office is in Milan.

The salary for this position depends on your profile + lunch tickets + laptop + smartphone with internet access.
