**Posizione**:
Now Alpinestars is looking for a Product Manager who will be responsible for the development of the products, from a written brief to design concept through development and into production. The PM helps the team incorporate research, performance, and manufacturing technology into the design process.

**KEY RESPOSANILITIES**
- Manage product development projects (research and propose construction, technologies, materials, etc.) with respect of objectives of cost, performance, quality, sustainability, deadlines, aesthetics, etc.
- Define areas of product improvement and innovation;
- Monitor product range performance and follow up with feedback, propose any corrective actions to optimize products to offer the upmost comfort, durability and performance;
- Review concepts with R&D Team and designers;
- Review samples and execute all development changes for improvements on fit, construction, materials and aesthetics;
- Monitor the market: brands, innovations, customers, etc.
- Manage budgets;
- Drive Materials selection and new materials research;
- Follow and report on development schedule to ensure timely completion within deadlines;
- In addition to the tasks and responsibilities above, the job holder may be required to carry out other tasks assigned.

**Requisiti**:

- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a similar position;
- Relevant education in a related discipline;
- Expert, technical knowledge of products;
- Familiarity with production processes;
- Proactive approach demonstrating strong initiative, energy and passion while a having an eye for product detail;
- Analytical and logical thinking;
- Entrepreneurial spirit;
- Strong interpersonal/listening skills; team-player;
- Persuasive/confident/influential communicator;
- Good knowledge in MS office tools - Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.
- Willingness to be based in Asolo, Italy and available for frequent travels
- Good level of English, written and spoken.
