La divisione Sales & Marketing di Randstad Professional, specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili di middle e senior management, è alla ricerca per conto di una storica azienda leader nel settore dei prodotti per la casa e del casalingo di un:

PRODUCT MANAGER

Avrai la responsabilità di controllare le corrette procedure di sviluppo prodotto. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con il team
creativo
e la direzione commerciale, con un ruolo chiave nel definire le
collezioni
stagionali
e nel ricercare
nuovi
produttori
(principalmente in Far East), per garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali.

Le tue responsabilità:

  • Definire con il team creativo ed il direttore commerciale il brief stagionale di collezione.
  • Definire con il commerciale il merchandising plan.
  • Organizzazione dei prodotti e collaborare all'elaborazione delle schede tecniche.
  • Effettuare la ricerca di produttori esteri (Far East) e portare nuovi fornitori.
  • Seguire le fasi di sviluppo delle collezioni, dalla progettazione alla supervisione dei prototipi.
  • Supportare l'area commerciale nella definizione del listino di vendita e nell'elaborazione dei cataloghi.
  • Organizzare il monitoraggio quantitativo, definendo il riordino e la corretta rotazione del magazzino.
  • Definire con l'ufficio comunicazione e immagine gli aspetti della comunicazione (fiere, eventi).

Requisiti richiesti:

  • Esperienza nel ruolo di Product Manager di almeno 5/8 anni.
  • Costituisce preferenza la provenienza dal settore tessile/prodotti per la casa, elettrodomestici.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata).
  • Buone doti organizzative e decisionali.
  • Predisposizione al lavoro di Team.
  • Conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici.
  • Disponibile ad eventuali trasferte estere.

Cosa offriamo:

  • Sede di lavoro: Treviso.
  • Orario di lavoro: full time in sede (no smart working).
  • RAL: € con contratto a tempo indeterminato, in base all'esperienza.
