**The partner**

Ricerchiamo un/a **Project Manager **per un'importante azienda italiana operante nel settore delle costruzioni che collabora con Enti Pubblici e Grandi Privati del territorio di Milano e provincia.

**The role**

  • Elabora studi di fattibilità, valutando sia gli aspetti tecnici/tecnologici che economici delle possibili alternative e varianti.
  • Segue le procedure di gare d’appalto e bandi pubblici, contribuendo ad identificare le esigenze delle controparti e ottimizzando costi e tempistiche con soluzioni tecniche efficaci.
  • Gestisce il progetto adottando metodologie di project management nel rispetto degli obiettivi di tempo, budget, qualità e sicurezza.
  • Redige richieste d’acquisto per l’affidamento di lavori in subappalto o l’approvvigionamento del materiale.
  • Si interfaccia e cura la relazione con i diversi stakeholder interni ed esterni (Committenza e Subappaltatori, Ufficio Tecnico, Direzione Lavori, Ufficio Contabilità, Ufficio Acquisti).

**Requisiti**

**Mandatory skills**

  • Laurea in Ingegneria.
  • Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo, preferibile background con settore pubblico.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
