**As a Business Analyst you will work closely with product management and the development teams.**
**You will maintain an understanding of the data and systems to act as a liaison between Technology, Data, Project Management Office, Product and Commercial.**
**You do not need to be an experienced business analyst for this role. If you have relevant industry skills and experience, along with a problem-solving mindset, then the business is willing to train you in business analyst skills.**
**You must be available for occasional travel to and client / partner sites (mostly in Europe).**
**_Including, but not limited to: _**
- **Requirements Management: Plan, execute, monitor, and control any or all the work associated with requirements elicitation and collaboration, requirements analysis and design, and requirements life cycle management with PM.**:
- **Solution Design: Ability to translate high level requirements to create designs with the technology team to meet the needs of the customer, are technically sound, maintainable, and cost effective.**:
- **Logical Thinking: Ability to identify missing or ambiguous requirements. Ability to design at both high and low levels of abstraction, understand complex requirements and translate into understandable solutions.**:
- **Technical Domain: Understand the systems, including architecture, data and interfaces.**:
- **Support Product Lead: Support PM with technical understanding and guidance.**:
- **Support Development Teams: Act as Agile Product Owner for the dev teams.**:
- **Experience working with business requirements documentation for software development, even if not previously responsible for creating the documentation**:
- **Prior experience of working on development projects, possibly as an SME.**:
- **Experience of working in a complex, data rich business environment is essential.**:
- **Strong analytical and business system skills required.**:
- **Existing ability to create high quality deliverables including numerical, quantitative, and technical documentation is desirable**:
- **Experience with quality assurance or testing processes is desirable**:
- **Ability to form strong collaborative relationships across the business is essential**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to €60,000.00 per year
