Global Sustainability Manager

- Contributes to the development, planning and execution of Global Sustainability goals
- Works closely with working group leaders to coordinate the roadmap of actions included in the Company Sustainability Plan.
- Plans, develops, and executes sustainability initiatives driven by the Global Sustainability team from inception to conclusion
- Develops and oversees key development programming to strengthen the Sustainability Plan
- Coordinates Sustainability initiatives reporting, programs metrics, and programs benchmarks
- Manages budget reporting requirements connected to the initiatives
- Establishes and maintains strategic partnerships with stakeholders (internal and external) identifying mutually beneficial opportunities to increase engagement and foster connections
- Represents the team by participating on Sustainability working groups and supporting Sustainability Committee
- Supports communications for internal and external stakeholders sustainability initiatives
- Creates internal control documentation including narratives, process and data flows, follow-ups and other supporting work papers
- Researches and assesses industry best practices, regulations and certification requirements
**Qualifications**:
- 8+ years of successful track record within sustainability area
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college
- Demonstrative experience in providing sustainability strategy and thought leadership
- Data-driven decision maker with excellent program management and organizational skills
- Strong listening, verbal and written communication (English and Italian), presentation, and interpersonal skills; proven ability to solidify and grow relationships and influence key stakeholders
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and productivity with competing priorities in a rapidly changing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment

**Responsabilità**:
- Contribuisce allo sviluppo, pianificazione ed esecuzione degli obiettivi di sostenibilità globale
- Lavora a stretto contatto con i leader dei gruppi di lavoro per coordinare la roadmap delle azioni incluse nel Piano di Sostenibilità aziendale.
- Pianifica, sviluppa ed esegue iniziative di sostenibilità guidate dal team Global Sustainability dall'inizio alla conclusione
- Sviluppa e supervisiona la programmazione per rafforzare il Piano di Sostenibilità
- Coordina il reporting delle iniziative di sostenibilità, le metriche dei programmi e i benchmark dei programmi
- Gestisce i requisiti di rendicontazione del budget connessi alle iniziative
- Stabilisce e mantiene partnership strategiche con le parti interessate (interne ed esterne) identificando opportunità per aumentare il coinvolgimento e favorire le connessioni
- Rappresenta il team partecipando a gruppi di lavoro sulla Sostenibilità e supportando il Comitato Sostenibilità
- Supporta le comunicazioni per le iniziative di sostenibilità degli stakeholder interni ed esterni
- Crea documentazione di controllo interno che include documenti, processi e flussi di dati, follow-up e altri documenti di lavoro
- Ricerca e valuta le best practices, i regolamenti e i requisiti di certificazione del settore
**Competenze**:
- 8+ anni di esperienza di successo nell'area della sostenibilità
- Laurea presso università o college accreditati
- Esperienza nel fornire una strategia di sostenibilità
- Data-driven decision maker con un'eccellente capacità di program management e capacità organizzative
- Forte capacità d’ascolto, comunicazione verbale e scritta (inglese e italiano), presentazione e capacità interpersonali; comprovata capacità di consolidare e far crescere relazioni e influenzare gli stakeholder chiave
- Eccezionali capacità di pensiero critico e di comunicazione
- Capacità di lavorare in modo indipendente ed efficace, gestire il tempo e la produttività con priorità in competizione in un ambiente di squadra in rapida evoluzione, frenetico, interattivo e basato sui risultati
