**Site Engineering & Maintenance Head - Rif H24159**

**Il Ruolo**:

Il nostro cliente è una realtà industriale multinazionale di grande prestigio. Per uno dei suoi principali plant produttivi, sito in provincia di Latina, stiamo ricercando il **Site Engineering & Maintenance Head**. Come parte del Site Leadership Team, svolgerà un ruolo cruciale nella definizione e implementazione della strategia e dei programmi di manutenzione e ingegneria, fornendo direzione e leadership ai team di Manutenzione, Servizi e Utility, Facility, Ingegneria. Avrà la responsabilità complessiva dei progetti Capex e delle operazioni quotidiane dei team Energy, Utilities e Servizi Generali.
In particolare:

- È responsabile degli investimenti Capex del sito relativi a Sicurezza, Innovazione, Ambiente, Energia, Capacity e Improvement;
- È responsabile della gestione dei consumi energetici e delle utilities dello stabilimento.
- È responsabile della gestione generale dei building e delle facility di stabilimento.
- È responsabile della manutenzione preventiva e reattiva per l'intera fabbrica.
- Guida l'agenda di sostenibilità della fabbrica.
- È responsabile del magazzino tecnico in termini di organizzazione, costi e strategia dei pezzi di ricambio;
- Collabora con il network di Supply Chain Globale per la definizione del Budget Capex, per azioni di benchmarking con altri plant del Gruppo e per la condivisione di best practice volte al miglioramento e alla standardizzazione dei processi.
- Identifica, promuove e implementa proattivamente progetti di miglioramento all'interno della fabbrica e del gruppo;
- Fornisce leadership, coaching e supporto ai propri collaboratori diretti
- È in grado di influenzare, negoziare e comunicare internamente ed esternamente con diversi livelli all'interno delle organizzazioni;
- identifica standard SHE elevati e contribuisce allo sviluppo e condivisione di una cultura “zero incidenti”
- Definisce il Master Plan dello stabilimento relativamente ai piani di investimento.

**I Requisiti**:

- Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria;
- Almeno 10 anni di esperienza in ruoli di responsabilità nelle aree manutenzione ed ingegneria di sito, maturata preferibilmente in aziende multinazionali strutturate e competitive idealmente del mondo FMCGs i comunque Industria di Processo.
- Esperienza comprovata nella gestione di progetti di ingegneria complessi con relativa gestione di capex budget;
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese;
- Capacità di guidare e sviluppare persone e team;
- Risoluzione dei problemi, decision making;
- Esperienza in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, WCM;
- Esperienza nella regolamentazione della salute e sicurezza.
