Life Science Manufacturing## We are seeking a Planner & Performance Analyst for a new client in the Life Science industry.This marks JLL's first European site with this client, building on successful partnerships in other regions.## About the Role## The position supports a manufacturing facility through technical operations management, delivered in partnership with an established vendor.The role oversees reporting, performance optimization, and stakeholder relationships for a 21 FTE team (direct and indirect).## Key Responsibilities## **Performance Management & Reporting*** ## Develop and maintain reporting structures to manage contracts and vendor performance against KPIs* ## Produce monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc performance reports covering work orders, maintenance schedules, service compliance, labor metrics, and incidents* ## Analyze site team performance and recommend improvements* ## Drive team achievement of established KPIs## **Systems Administration*** ## Administer Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and facility service request systems* ## Manage work order processes, scheduling, and data platforms* ## Maintain system integrity, user records, and asset documentation* ## Configure solutions for new business requirements within existing system capabilities* ## Develop and maintain system documentation and user training materials## **Planning & Coordination*** ## Optimize work order processes for enhanced team efficiency* ## Assist with planning and scheduling of routine activities and facility shutdowns* ## Develop inspection forms supporting building engineering operations* ## Coordinate activities across JLL teams, vendors, and client stakeholders## Required Qualifications* ## Minimum experience with CMMS, work order applications, performance management, and data analytics* ## Proven process orientation and data-driven approach* ## Ability to translate data analysis into actionable recommendations* ## Advanced proficiency in MS Office and technology systems* ## Fluent English (written and spoken)* ## Excellent customer service skills and stakeholder management abilities* ## Strong multitasking abilities and capacity to work independently under time constraints* ## Exceptional organizational and collaborative skills* ## Adaptability and resilience in building new client relationships## Preferred Qualifications* ## Engineering degree or equivalent experience* ## Life Science industry experience* ## Previous experience with this client or JLL## **Reporting:** Site Technical FM (P1 level)## JLL is committed to equal employment opportunity and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates regardless of race, gender, age, religion, sexual orientation, or disability status.## ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------## Planner & Performance Analyst -
