**Responsibilities**:
Expand market share, growth revenues, and increase net margin of BAOLI in the emerging African and Middle Eastern markets by developing and managing a network of independent dealers.
Strategic objectives- Systematically develop Baoli’s distribution footprint throughout the MEA region by- adding new dealers/importers into white spot regions-
- upgrading existing network-
- Professionalize business within the region, assure required support from HQ-functions and drive communication exchange between the respective parties- Define roadmap for the region and work out specific sales strategies per country- Conduct specific market studies aiming at strengthening BAOLI knowledge & presence in the region- Develop state-of-the-art product support throughout the region in close collaboration with the Baoli EMEA HQ- Roll-out uniform dealership agreements throughout region for harmonized sales & service steering
Operational objectives- Professionalize business within the region, assure required support from HQ-functions and drive communication exchange between the involved parties- Represent the voice of the customer within Baoli EMEA- Establish annual market plan for each distributor, track target achievements and initiate counter measures where appropriate- Conduct dealer sales enablement (sales tools, value propositions, negotiating techniques etc.)- Match and align the interests of both - dealers/customers as well as Baoli/KION Group- Support dealers and own organization throughout the international payment process (e.g. Letters of Credit) and take ownership to accelerate payment structuring and procedures- Support dealers on critical sales, marketing, logistics, pricing, or financial issues- Uphold respect of BAOLI commercial policy & guarantee the brand image of the company

Qualifications & Requirements
Education- Business or Engineering degree
Language proficiency- English: Full business proficiency- Proficiency in French or Arabic is a plus
Professional experience- Developing & managing dealer networks, preferably in the MEA region- International work experience- Experience in industrial machinery segment strongly desired- Familiarity with international payment procedures, Incoterms and credit collection
Required abilities- High cultural awareness to adapt to country specificities- Committed & self-motivated- Hunter attitude- Strong negotiation skills- Autonomous work ethic- Self-reliant personality with a hands-on mentality- Availability for frequent travel (up to 50% of the time in the primary market area)
