ITALIAN CHEF TO WORK IN ANGOLA

We are hiring for one of our clients, an Italian chef to work in Angola (note: being Italian is one of the requirements).
- Train our teams in kitchen and service supervision;
- Define with the operations manager a list of dishes to be taught;
- Revise and correct the recipes present in our internal operations management system;
- Set up an action plan on each site together with operational support to improve the quality of service on board;
- Prepare and carry out training on cooking techniques;
- Prepare and carry out training on the dressing of dishes;
- Prepare and carry out training on the customer experience (customer reception, techniques and standardization of our service processes);
- Train our teams in setting up distribution areas such as buffet, food court for weekly events;
- Deployment of international meals (Italian) in the menu cycle;
(This description is not limited, and some other achievements could be requested according to client and company needs.)
