**Insurance Manager**

**COSA FARAI**

Nell’ambito dell'Unità Finance la risorsa avrà la Responsabilità dell’Unità Insurance e nello specifico si occuperà di:

- Sviluppare all’interno del Gruppo Acea, Policy e Procedure volte a normare la gestione delle coperture assicurative, interfacciandosi sia con i provider esterni (Consulenti, Broker, Compagnie Assicurative) sia con le Società Operative / Funzioni di staff preposte alla rilevazione dei rischi e dei relativi fabbisogni di copertura;
- Gestire l’attività di negoziazione con Broker/Compagnie Assicurative in merito alla stipula delle coperture assicurative, anche attraverso la predisposizione di capitolati di gara nonché l’elaborazione delle basi d’asta;
- Identificare e monitorare KPI/KRI Assicurativi, analizzare gli andamenti tecnici dei programmi Assicurativi ed elaborare le relative reportistiche con la collaborazione del Broker e/o delle Compagnie Assicurative;
- Implementare, attraverso specifiche piattaforme ERP interne o altri software esterni, i progetti per la gestione delle coperture Assicurative di Gruppo;
- Gestire i sinistri attivi e passivi quantificati in fase di istruttoria come sopra soglia, provvedendo alla gestione ed al monitoraggio degli stessi;
- Monitorare i pagamenti premi e le scadenze coperture, garantendo un puntuale aggiornamento dello stato di rischio e delle relative modifiche.

**CHI SEI**
- Laurea in discipline Economiche o Ingegneristiche;
- Costituisce titolo preferenziale, l’aver maturato esperienze lavorative presso realtà Aziendali strutturate in ambito assicurativo, broker e compagnie assicurative;
- Disponibilità agli spostamenti;
- Elevate capacità organizzative e di problem solving;
- Ottima gestione del tempo e dello stress;
- Ottime capacità relazionali, flessibilità e spirito d’iniziativa;
- Ottime doti nella gestione di team.
